Agri-Fab 48 In Tow Behind Lawn Dethatcher with 24 Durable Spring Steel Tines and Universal Hitch

The Agri-Fab 48-inch tow-behind dethatcher uproots dead, matted grass and dislodges hard-packed dirt to help prepare lawn soil for planting. Featuring a tow-behind design with a universal hitch, this lawn tool attaches to compatible towing equipment to treat large yard areas efficiently.

Working in 48-inch wide swathes, the dethatcher uses 24 spring-loaded steel tines to turn up dried grass, weeds, and soil. The tines are heat-treated for added strength, rust-proof for resistance to moisture, and fully replaceable if individual pieces sustain wear over time.

To maneuver smoothly across property, the frame is equipped with two 7-inch diameter semi-pneumatic wheels that are 1-1/2 inches wide for traversing varied lawn terrain. A built-in transport handle lets you easily raise the tines off the ground when crossing non-lawn surfaces and lower them when dethatching begins.

Verdict: The seller copy does not specify assembly time or towing vehicle speed limits, so users should check their hitch setup before operation. For homeowners wanting a wide-coverage towable unit with durable, replaceable tines, this Agri-Fab model offers a practical solution for clearing heavy lawn thatch.
