Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max All-in-One Pool Cleaning Robot & Skimmer with Caddy, 8,500 GPH Suction Pool Vacuum, Ultra-fine Filtration, Smart Surface Parking, for All Inground Pools, Gray

The Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max is a cordless robotic pool cleaner designed to handle complete maintenance for inground pools of any shape or size. Instead of requiring separate equipment for surface skimming and submerged scrubbing, this unit manages the pool floor, walls, waterline, and top water surface. It targets pool owners who want comprehensive automated cleaning without tangling power cords or wrestling manual pool poles.

At the heart of the cleaner is an 8,500 GPH suction system coupled with intelligent scanning technology. As it navigates the pool, it maps the layout and adapts its path in real time to prevent missed spots. Debris passes through a dual-stage filtration system that pairs a standard 180-micron filter for leaves and sand with a replaceable 3-micron ultra-fine filter capable of catching fine dust and algae. For routine care, users can select from 7 specialized cleaning modes, including an energy-saving Skim Mode that runs up to 12 hours, a standard Eco Mode lasting up to 5 hours, and a high-power Max Mode for up to 3 hours of intensive vacuuming.

Handling and storage are simplified through a wireless charging setup and included transport caddy. The sealed, water-resistant robot rests on its caddy and powers up automatically without manual plugs. Once a cleaning cycle finishes, the robot utilizes smart surface parking to maneuver to the pool edge, ensuring straightforward retrieval without needing a hook or pole to search the bottom.

While the feature set is broad, there are practical trade-offs to keep in mind. Battery life drops from 12 hours in Skim Mode to just 3 hours when running intensive Max Mode vacuuming, which means heavily soiled pools may require multiple cycles. Additionally, while the listing highlights wireless drop-in charging, it does not specify how many hours a full recharge takes between cleaning runs.

Verdict: The Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max is ideal for inground pool owners seeking a single, cord-free solution for both surface skimming and submerged pool vacuuming. Its combination of strong suction, fine 3-micron filtration, surface parking, and a storage caddy makes routine pool care straightforward and low-maintenance.

What pool surfaces and areas does this robot clean?
It is designed for all inground pools regardless of shape or size. The robot actively cleans the pool floor, walls, waterline, and top water surface.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Runtime depends on which of the 7 specialized modes you choose. Skim Mode runs up to 12 hours for daily surface upkeep, Eco Mode runs up to 5 hours for standard cleaning, and Max Mode runs up to 3 hours for heavy-duty vacuuming.

How small are the particles the filter can trap?
The dual-stage system features a standard 180-micron filter for larger debris like leaves and sand, combined with a replaceable 3-micron ultra-fine filter that traps fine dust and algae.

How do I retrieve the robot when it finishes its cleaning cycle?
You do not need to search or fish for the cleaner at the bottom of the pool. It uses smart surface parking to automatically drive to the pool edge when finished.
