DEWALT DXV06PZ 4 Peak HP Shop Vacuum Wet/Dry, 6 Gal Shop Vac with Blower

The DEWALT DXV06PZ is a 6-gallon wet and dry shop vacuum designed to handle messy cleanup jobs across homes, workshops, garages, and job sites. Powered by a 4 Peak HP motor, this utility vacuum addresses both liquid spills and solid waste like dust, dirt, and sawdust without needing separate machines. It caters to DIY enthusiasts, woodworkers, and tradespeople who need reliable suction and quick cleanup versatility in one compact unit.

At the heart of the vacuum is an 85 CFM airflow system that supports three distinct operating functions: wet pickup, dry vacuuming, and blowing. The integrated blower port transforms the unit into a leaf blower, allowing you to disperse sawdust from workbench surfaces or push fallen leaves out of the garage. For wet messes, the tank collects liquid spills efficiently, keeping your workspace clean after plumbing fixes or fluid leaks.

Mobility and routine maintenance are kept straightforward. Ultra-durable, rubberized casters swivel smoothly so you can roll the unit around tight shop corners or cluttered garage floors without scraping surfaces. Reaching distant outlets is simplified by the 10-foot power cord, which features an integrated cord wrap for organized storage when finished. Cleaning the exterior requires only a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a mild soap solution to preserve its appearance over time.

While the unit offers strong utility, there are a few practical considerations based on the listing specifications. The 10-foot power cord provides good localized reach, but larger garages or open outdoor areas may require an extension cord to operate comfortably. Additionally, the manufacturer specifications do not state the included hose length, hose diameter, or specific nozzle attachments, so buyers needing specialized fittings should confirm accessory compatibility before purchasing.

Verdict: The DEWALT DXV06PZ is an ideal solution for anyone needing a dependable 3-in-1 vacuum for home, garage, and workshop maintenance. Its combination of 4 Peak HP suction, integrated blower capabilities, and rubberized swiveling casters makes quick work of everyday wet and dry messes.
