Detailed Review
The ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni is a combination robot vacuum and mop designed for homes with hard floors, carpets, and pets. At just 3.19 inches tall, it slides into tight clearance areas under couches, beds, and cabinets where dust and pet hair usually gather. It brings an automated hands-off approach to floor care by handling both dry debris pick-up and wet mopping across multiple surface types.
Cleaning performance relies on 15,000Pa suction power alongside targeted hardware features. The ZeroTangle 2.0 main brush prevents long hair and pet fur from winding tightly around the roller, reducing manual cleaning duties. For edges and corners, TruEdge 2.0 dynamically extends the side brush and mop pad closer to baseboards and furniture legs. Meanwhile, AIVI 3D 3.0 obstacle avoidance uses artificial intelligence to identify everyday items like shoes, toys, and power cables, allowing the robot to navigate around obstacles without getting stuck.
Maintenance is streamlined through the multi-functional OMNI Station, which handles self-emptying, mop washing, and mop drying. After cleaning, the station washes the mop pads using hot water up to 167°F to help release ground-in dirt, then dries them with 113°F hot air to keep them ready for future runs. On the software side, intelligent dirt detection directs extra attention to soiled areas, while YIKO-GPT voice control lets you direct cleaning runs using plain spoken language.
While the T50 PRO offers extensive automation, there are trade-offs to keep in mind. The all-in-one station holds hot water washing and drying components, meaning it takes up noticeable floor space in your living area. Additionally, the listing does not specify tank capacities, battery runtime, or square footage coverage per charge, so users with very large layouts may need to plan for mid-clean recharging cycles.
Verdict: The ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO Omni is ideal for pet owners and busy households looking for a self-maintaining vacuum and mop combo that fits beneath low-clearance furniture. Its strong suction, edge-to-edge reach, and hot-water mop washing make it a capable floor care companion for homes with mixed carpet, hardwood, and tile.
