EGO Power+ 12" Electric Snow Shovel, Cordless, Includes 56V 2.5Ah Battery and Charger - SNS1201

The EGO Power+ SNS1201 12-inch electric snow shovel offers a cordless solution for clearing driveways, walkways, and patios after winter storms. Powered by an included 56V 2.5Ah ARC Lithium battery, it removes snow without the hassle of pulling starter cords or managing extension cables.

The shovel relies on a high-efficiency brushless motor engineered for low vibration and extended motor life. It can throw snow up to 25 feet away, while an integrated 60-degree directional control dial lets you choose where the snow lands. With a single charge of the included 2.5Ah battery, this tool can clean up to a 3-car driveway covered in 6 inches of snow. When work is finished, the hinged shaft allows the unit to fold down easily for compact storage in your garage or shed.

Because it uses a 12-inch clearing width, clearing larger areas will take several passes compared to wider equipment. The listing also leaves out certain details, such as the total weight of the tool, how long the 210W charger takes to replenish the battery, and whether the handle is height-adjustable.

Verdict: The EGO Power+ SNS1201 is a practical choice for homeowners needing an easy-to-store, cordless tool for light to moderate snowfall. It is best suited for small to medium driveways and walkways where compact storage and cord-free convenience matter most.
