Eureka Upright Vacuum Cleaners for Home, FlexReach Plus, NEU652

The Eureka FlexReach Plus NEU652 is a corded upright vacuum cleaner built for homes with varied floor types and pet hair challenges. It targets common cleaning headaches like stopping to switch power outlets in large rooms and untangling long hair from brush rolls. Designed for everyday whole-house cleaning, it suits homeowners who need strong suction across both carpets and hard floors.

At the core of its performance is 192AW suction power paired with Floor Sense+React technology. This system automatically identifies whether it is on hard flooring or carpet and adjusts the suction output accordingly to protect surfaces while pulling up embedded debris. Meanwhile, the anti-tangle brush roll uses specialized grooves and bristles to prevent hair and long fibers from wrapping around the roller during pet hair cleanup. A 30-foot (9-meter) power cord provides extensive reach across wide open spaces.

As a corded upright model, its reach is tethered to electrical outlets, though the 30-foot cord minimizes unplugging. Additionally, while it features Complete Seal Technology with a HEPA filter to trap particles as small as 0.3 microns, the product details do not specify the dust bin capacity or total machine weight.

Verdict: The Eureka FlexReach Plus NEU652 is a practical choice for households looking for strong suction and hassle-free pet hair cleanup without wrapping issues. Its automatic floor detection and long cord make it well suited for multi-room homes with mixed floor surfaces.

A great fit if you:

• Have a home with mixed flooring and want automatic suction adjustment between carpets and hard floors.
• Clean up pet hair or long fibers regularly and want a brush roll designed to prevent tangling.
• Need wide coverage across large rooms without frequently changing power outlets, thanks to a 30-foot power cord.
• Require a sealed HEPA filtration system to capture fine particles down to 0.3 microns like pollen and pet dander.

Consider something else if you:

• Prefer a cordless battery-powered vacuum for quick un-tethered spot cleanups.
• Need to know exact dust bin volume or machine weight before purchasing, as the listing does not state them.

How long is the power cord on the Eureka FlexReach Plus NEU652?
It comes with an extra-long 30-foot (9-meter) power cord. This extended length allows you to clean large rooms and cover extended spaces efficiently without needing to switch electrical outlets.
