Orbit B-hyve XR 8-Zone Indoor/Outdoor Smart Sprinkler Timer - 57985

The Orbit B-hyve XR 8-Zone Indoor/Outdoor Smart Sprinkler Timer automates underground lawn and garden watering for residential properties. It replaces basic manual controllers with an advanced smart irrigation system featuring WiFi connectivity to manage up to eight distinct watering zones.

With remote management capabilities, you can set custom schedules, make quick adjustments, and monitor irrigation status from anywhere using a mobile app. The system supports personalized programs for each of your eight zones and uses forecast-driven technology to automatically alter watering cycles when weather patterns change, helping save water and time.

One limitation is that the controller maxes out at eight zones, so larger yards needing expanded coverage will require a higher-capacity unit. Furthermore, listed details do not state physical dimensions or power specifications, and all remote app capabilities rely on active WiFi service at the mounting location.

Verdict: The Orbit B-hyve XR is a practical upgrade for homeowners wanting remote app management and automatic weather adjustments for an eight-zone underground sprinkler system. It offers a dependable balance of intuitive control and water conservation features backed by a two-year limited warranty.

• Need to manage an underground sprinkler system with up to eight zones.
