Detailed Review
The RELIDOL VC038S cordless handheld vacuum cleaner targets pet owners needing a quick way to clear hair, cat litter, and debris from furniture, car interiors, and stairs. It relies on a high-powered 20,000 PA suction motor paired with specialized attachments to clean tight spots and fabric surfaces without dragging out a full-sized upright vacuum.
Two power modes allow you to adjust cleaning performance based on the surface. Eco mode stretches battery life up to 32 minutes for light surface dusting, while Max mode delivers full suction for stubborn pet hair, providing roughly 18 minutes of runtime. The unit features an oversized 720 ml dust cup, which holds significantly more debris than typical handheld units, meaning fewer trips to the trash mid-clean. Disposal is straightforward thanks to a rotatable design that keeps dust contained.
Maintenance and accessories are well suited for vehicle and home spot checks. An automatic rolling brush works actively to pull hair from upholstered couches and car seats, while a crevice nozzle, 2-in-1 brush, and flexible hose target narrow gaps. The vacuum recharges via a standard 5V/2A Type-C port in roughly 2.5 hours, with an LED light indicating status. Inside, a two-stage filter setup uses a steel primary filter to catch large debris and a washable HEPA insert for finer particles.
While the feature set covers most daily pet messes, ongoing filter upkeep is required. The washable HEPA filter lasts about 3 to 4 months before needing replacement, and both filters must air dry completely after washing before you can operate the unit again. Additionally, using maximum suction power drops runtime to 18 minutes, so larger detailing jobs may require strategic cleaning or recharging mid-session.
Verdict: The RELIDOL VC038S is a solid choice for pet owners and vehicle owners wanting strong handheld suction with a high-capacity dust cup. Its included motorized roller brush and fast Type-C charging make short work of daily pet messes on furniture and car upholstery.
