Detailed Review
The Tikom V500 is a versatile cordless stick vacuum engineered to clean hard floors, carpets, stairs, and furniture in pet-friendly households. It addresses the daily struggle of collecting scattered pet hair, cat litter, and stray crumbs across multiple rooms without dragging a heavy cord behind you.
At the center of its operation is a 450W motor that generates up to 40Kpa of suction power. You can monitor performance through an LED color touch screen, which displays the active suction level, remaining battery power, and maintenance warnings while allowing single-touch mode adjustments. For maneuvering around furniture, the cleaner head swivels 90 degrees vertically and 180 degrees horizontally, while 6 front-facing LED lights help illuminate dim areas along edges and under beds.
The system converts into a handheld or stair vacuum using the included crevice tool, length-adjustable extension wand, and 2-in-1 soft dusting brush. Dirty air passes through a 7-stage HEPA cyclone filtration setup that captures 99.99% of microscopic dust particles before discharging air back into the room. Debris gathers in a 1.3L dust cup that opens with a single press, while the 6x2000 mAh battery can be charged directly on the wall-mounted dock or removed for separate charging using the included adapter.
Because it relies on wall installation for its storage dock, setting up the automated dock station requires mounting anchors and screws into a wall stud or drywall. Additionally, while the color screen indicates remaining battery percentage, the manufacturer does not state an exact operating runtime per charge, so cleaning duration depends on your selected suction setting.
Verdict: This cordless vacuum is a practical pick for pet owners and apartment dwellers who want strong suction and flexible attachments for quick daily cleanups. Its high-capacity bin and clear display screen make spot-cleaning hard floors, rugs, and stairs straightforward.
