(2026 NEW) WYBOT S2 Solar Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum, Dark Blackish

The WYBOT S2 Solar Cordless Robotic Pool Vacuum automates routine pool maintenance for owners of residential in-ground pools. By combining continuous solar power with intelligent navigation, this robotic cleaner handles routine debris removal across floors, walls, and waterlines without requiring you to haul heavy cords or manually scrub surfaces.

Power flexibility is one of the vacuum's primary advantages. Built-in solar panels maintain runtime during regular daily upkeep, while a DC fast-charging port provides a backup option during cloudy weather. When the battery depletes, the unit automatically navigates back to its docking station. Through the WYBOT mobile app, you can create custom daily or weekly cleaning schedules and select between full-pool coverage or targeted spot cleaning depending on your pool's immediate needs.

Inside the unit, a high-efficiency brushless motor provides suction power to pick up leaves, dirt, and trapped debris. The cleaner uses seven tailored operating modes and planned routes to cover up to 3,229 square feet across various pool shapes. Debris passes through a 3D two-stage filtration system featuring a 180μm filter basket for large leaves and a fine sponge layer designed to trap smaller particles before water cycles back into the pool.

Buyers should keep a few practical factors in mind. This model is engineered for residential in-ground pools up to 3,229 square feet, so it is not built for above-ground setups or larger commercial pools. Solar charging depends on direct sunlight, meaning you will rely on the DC fast charger during extended cloudy periods. Additionally, because each robot undergoes waterproof testing before shipping, finding faint water residue inside a new unit is normal.

Verdict: The WYBOT S2 is ideal for in-ground pool owners who want an automated cleaner capable of handling walls, floors, and waterlines. Its dual power options, custom app scheduling, and two-stage filtration make it a convenient choice for keeping outdoor pools clear with minimal hands-on effort.

• Pool Compatibility: Residential in-ground pools (up to 3,229 sq ft)

• Do not want to manage pool equipment through a mobile device or app.

How does the dual power system work?
The vacuum relies on built-in solar panels for regular daily maintenance. On cloudy days or when faster recharging is needed, you can use the included DC fast charger.

What sizes and types of pools does this vacuum support?
It fits most residential in-ground pool shapes up to 3,229 square feet and scrubs floors, walls, and waterlines.

What kind of debris does the filtration system trap?
The two-stage filtration system uses a 180μm filter basket for large leaves and debris, paired with a fine sponge layer to capture tiny particles.

Why is there water residue inside my new vacuum?
Each unit undergoes strict waterproof and performance testing before shipment, so faint water residue is simply evidence of factory quality checks.
