22 inch Hedge Trimmer Cordless with 2 Battery and Charger, 20V Bush Trimmer

The KOMASTY 20V cordless hedge trimmer provides a portable outdoor cutting solution for shaping hedges, bushes, small trees, and garden ornaments without needing a power cord. Powered by two included 1.5Ah lithium batteries, this tool eliminates the hassle of trailing wires while keeping routine yard maintenance simple and manageable.

At the core of the tool is a 22-inch hardened dual-action steel blade operating at 2800 SPM. This cutting mechanism handles branches up to 3/4-inch thick, allowing gardeners to trim thicker overgrown branches and shape garden plants easily. The dual-action blade design delivers efficient cutting performance across various yard trimming tasks.

Weighing 5.25 lbs, the trimmer incorporates an ergonomic grip and a compact structure to reduce physical strain during yard work. Setup requires no complicated assembly, as the tool is ready to use once a battery is inserted. Integrated status lights show remaining battery volume while trimming or charging, keeping you informed across the total 60-minute non-stop runtime provided by both 1.5Ah batteries. For user safety, a dual-switch start system requires pressing both switches at the same time to operate, preventing accidental activation.

While the feature set covers essential yard care, there are a few practical limits to note. The total combined runtime of up to 60 minutes across both batteries means very large properties might require waiting for a recharge cycle. In addition, the dual-switch safety system requires keeping both hands engaged on the handles, which prevents one-handed reaching into tight or high spaces.

Verdict: The KOMASTY cordless hedge trimmer is a great option for homeowners looking for a lightweight, manageable trimmer for yard maintenance. Its dual battery setup, safety features, and 3/4-inch branch cutting capability make it well suited for routine garden upkeep.
