Dyson Upright Vacuum Cleaner, Ball Animal 2, Iron/Purple

The Dyson Ball Animal 2 is a full-sized upright vacuum cleaner designed for thorough floor-to-ceiling home cleaning. It targets households that need strong cleaning performance across multiple floor types, making quick work of ground-in dirt and everyday debris.

Equipped with high suction power, this vacuum relies on a self-adjusting cleaner head to maintain continuous suction. Whether transitioning across carpet, hardwood, vinyl, or tile floors, the head automatically creates a tight seal against the surface to pick up stubborn dirt without requiring manual height adjustments.

For above-floor chores, the vacuum includes a tangle-free turbine tool, a dedicated stair tool, and a versatile combination tool. Built-in whole machine filtration traps allergens securely inside the unit rather than expelling them back into your living space, while a push-button dust bin lets you dispose of collected debris hygienically.

As an upright model, it represents a substantial equipment choice for routine cleaning, and the listing does not specify its overall weight, power cord length, or bin capacity. Verdict: This upright vacuum is a solid choice for homeowners needing reliable suction and dedicated attachment tools for mixed flooring and stairs. It suits anyone looking to capture allergens while maintaining clean floors throughout the house.

A great fit if you:

• Have mixed flooring like carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and tile that requires continuous suction
• Suffer from household allergens and want whole-machine filtration to keep particles trapped
• Need dedicated attachment tools to clean upholstered furniture, carpeted stairs, and tight spots

Consider something else if you:

• Prefer a lightweight cordless stick vacuum rather than a full-sized upright unit
• Require specific upfront measurements for power cord length or dust bin capacity
