Echo 20 in. 21.2 cc Gas 2-Stroke Cycle Hedge Trimmer

The ECHO HC-2020 Gas Hedge Trimmer is a dedicated yard care tool designed for trimming and shaping bushes around residential or commercial properties. Powered by a 21.2 cc 2-stroke engine, this gas unit offers independent mobility without relying on extension cords or battery charging cycles.

Equipped with 20-inch double-sided, double-reciprocating razor edge blades, the trimmer provides dual cutting surfaces to trim foliage cleanly from multiple angles. For maintenance, it features a tool-less air filter cover so you can check or clear the filter quickly without searching for extra tools. It also incorporates a zero-type grease fitting to keep the gearbox properly lubricated.

Because this unit runs on a 21.2 cc 2-stroke gas engine, operators will need to mix gas and oil for fuel preparation. While the manufacturer highlights its lightweight build, the listing does not state the exact unit weight in pounds or provide fuel tank capacity details.

Verdict: The ECHO HC-2020 suits homeowners and landscapers who want a gas-powered hedge trimmer with dual-reciprocating blades and straightforward maintenance features. Its tool-free filter access and grease fitting make it a solid option for regular outdoor maintenance.
