EGO Power+ 21" Cordless Electric Lawn Mower, Self-Propelled - LM2134SP-2

The EGO Power+ LM2134SP-2 is a 21-inch cordless self-propelled lawn mower designed for homeowners who want gas-like cutting power without dealing with liquid fuel or restrictive power cords. Powered by dual 56V 6.0Ah batteries, this unit provides the muscle needed to manage residential lawns while giving users full control over ground speed and cut style.

Performance centers on a high-efficiency brushless motor capable of delivering up to 7.0 ft-lbs of cutting torque while keeping vibration low. The Touch Drive self-propelled system engages simply by pressing your palm against the handlebar grip, with a thumb dial letting you tune speed anywhere between 0.9 and 3.1 miles per hour. With both included batteries loaded, the system provides up to 100 minutes of total runtime on a single charge.

Grass management is customizable thanks to the Select Cut multi-blade setup. An upper blade works alongside interchangeable lower blades tailored specifically for bagging with high lift, mulching fine clippings, or extending total runtime. You can also adjust grass height across eight distinct positions ranging from 1 to 4 inches using a single lever. For early morning or late evening work, integrated LED headlights keep the path ahead visible. As an added benefit, the included 56V ARC Lithium batteries work across the entire EGO power tool ecosystem.

While the feature set is broad, there are practical trade-offs to keep in mind. Optimizing for bagging, mulching, or battery longevity requires physically swapping the lower blade rather than flipping a single switch. Additionally, as a dual-battery self-propelled system, it represents a larger financial commitment than entry-level push mowers. The listing also does not specify the mower weight or exact noise decibels, so users looking for ultra-light equipment should take note.

Verdict: The EGO Power+ LM2134SP-2 is an outstanding choice for homeowners seeking extended runtime, customizable cutting performance, and effortless self-propelled maneuverability. Its combination of strong torque, flexible blade configurations, and long battery life makes it ideal for maintaining medium to large yards without petrol.
