Greenworks 80V 21in Push Lawn Mower, 4.0 Ah Battery and Charger

The Greenworks 80V 21in Push Lawn Mower offers a clean, battery-powered alternative for homeowners who want to maintain their yard without dealing with gas, oil, emissions, or pull cords. Designed for properties up to half an acre, this push mower combines high-voltage battery power with a durable steel deck to tackle routine yard upkeep cleanly and quietly.

At the heart of the mower is a brushless motor paired with a 21-inch steel deck, built to deliver torque and long tool life in tough cutting conditions. The included 4.0 Ah 80V battery provides enough energy to cut up to half an acre per charge, while operating three times quieter than conventional gas mowers. Starting the mower is instant with no engine maintenance required, making routine yard work significantly simpler.

Versatility is a core feature, as the system offers four distinct management modes: mulching, grass bagging, side discharge, and a dedicated turbo leaf pickup setting. It comes with a fast charger and a grass bag right in the box. For those who need to fit lawn care around early morning or evening schedules, built-in LED headlights illuminate the grass. Additionally, the 80V battery is interchangeable with more than 75 other tools in the Greenworks 80V lineup.

As a push model, this mower relies entirely on manual effort to move forward across the lawn, which may require extra physical exertion on sloped terrain. Cutting capacity is also bound to the single included battery, meaning larger properties beyond half an acre will require pauses for recharging or additional batteries. Furthermore, the provided details do not state mower weight or specific height adjustment increments.

Verdict: The Greenworks 80V 21-inch Push Lawn Mower is a dependable choice for suburban homeowners with yards up to half an acre who want quiet, maintenance-free cutting. Its four-in-one collection options, LED lighting, and cross-tool battery compatibility make it a practical upgrade from gas-powered mowers.
