Detailed Review
The MODOFO Cordless Electric Pruning Shears provide powered branch trimming designed to reduce manual hand strain during yard cleanup, landscaping, and orchard maintenance. Powered by a battery system, this pruner cuts through garden branches, shrubs, and small trees without forcing you to squeeze heavy manual hand shears.
A high performance brushless motor delivers fast, stable cuts through various wood thicknesses. The tool features two selectable cutting modes: a wide 2.1 inch capacity for tackling thicker limbs and a 1.6 inch mode suited for quick, precise shaping. Having two jaw settings allows you to switch between dense growth and detailed bush trimming without changing tools.
Power management is integrated directly into the body. A digital LCD display provides clear, real time monitoring of both total cut counts and remaining battery life. The pruner includes two rechargeable 2.0Ah batteries, allowing continuous work by swapping packs as needed. For safety and power preservation, the tool features a smart trigger system that requires a double press to start working after power on, along with an automatic sleep mode that pauses the unit during work breaks.
The entire set arrives organized inside a portable storage box. Alongside the pruner unit and dual batteries, the package includes a charging adapter, a replacement blade set, two small wrenches for maintenance, a sharpening stone for blade care, and an instruction manual.
On the practical side, the listing does not specify the exact total runtime per charge or the full recharge duration for the battery packs, so users tackling multi hour orchard jobs will want to keep both batteries pre-charged. Verdict: MODOFO delivers a capable power pruner that takes the physical struggle out of trimming thick yard branches. Its dual cutting capacities, informative LCD display, and generous accessory bundle make it a strong option for homeowners and gardeners seeking efficient branch maintenance.
