eufy Omni C20 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for Hardwood and Carpet, 7,000 Pa

The eufy Omni C20 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo manages daily floor cleaning across hard surfaces and carpets with minimal hands-on effort. Designed to vacuum and mop simultaneously via app control, it eliminates the task of manually sweeping floors or cleaning out dirty mop components after every routine pass.

Cleaning power relies on up to 7,000 Pa of suction with automatic power adjustments when moving over carpeted areas to pull up embedded dirt and debris. To reduce maintenance, an internal comb flips down during cleaning cycles to detach wrapped hair from the roller brush. On hard flooring like hardwood, tile, and laminate, the mopping pads spin at 180 RPM while applying six Newtons of downward pressure to scrub dried spots. When carpet is detected, the mopping pads automatically lift to keep rugs dry, provided the carpet pile does not exceed 0.78 inches.

Navigation relies on a laser system that plans efficient routes and retains up to three separate floor maps for multi-level homes. Measuring 3.35 inches in height, the chassis glides under sofas and beds that offer at least 3.54 inches of clearance. The multifunctional docking station empties collected dust into a 3.1-liter bag capable of holding up to 60 days of debris under standard household conditions. Additionally, the station washes the mop pads and dries them using room-temperature air consuming 1.56 watts per hour, featuring transparent tanks so clean and dirty water levels can be checked at a glance.

A few practical restrictions should be noted prior to setup. The system operates strictly on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks and cannot connect to 5GHz bands. Homes with high-pile carpets exceeding 0.78 inches must configure digital No-Go Zones within the app, as physical boundary strips are neither included nor compatible. Additionally, the unit is rated for 110V electrical standards, so buyers should ensure regional voltage compatibility.

Verdict: The eufy Omni C20 is a practical choice for multi-floor homes seeking low-maintenance automated floor care on hard surfaces and low-to-medium pile carpets. If you want a self-emptying and pad-washing vacuum with precise laser mapping and scheduling options, this unit fits the bill nicely.

How long does the dust bag last inside the station?
The 3.1-liter dust bag holds up to 60 days of debris based on a three-person household without pets. Actual replacement intervals vary depending on pet presence and home size.

Can the robot vacuum thick rugs without getting them wet?
The mop pads auto-lift on carpet, but if your rug pile is thicker than 0.78 inches (20 mm), you must set No-Go Zones in the app to prevent the mop from touching the carpet.

Does this model work with 5GHz Wi-Fi routers?
No. The eufy Omni C20 supports only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks and will not connect to 5GHz bands.

How does the roller brush handle pet hair and long threads?
The vacuum features an internal Pro-Detangle Comb that flips down automatically mid-clean to loosen and clear hair wrapped around the roller brush.
