Kenmore Featherlite Bagless Upright Vacuum Lightweight

The Kenmore Featherlite is a full-sized bagless upright vacuum designed for easy home cleaning without heavy lifting. At under 11 pounds, it suits buyers who want full-sized upright performance in a lightweight body that is simple to carry between rooms and up stairs.

For general vacuuming, swivel steering lets you guide the head around furniture corners and tight spaces. The extra-large dust cup offers three times more capacity than standard cups, letting you clean larger areas with fewer stops to empty debris. When dealing with pet hair or thread, the built-in Hair Eliminator automatically removes hair and strings from the brushroll so you do not have to cut them off manually with scissors.

For above-floor cleaning, the vacuum includes accessory tools and a 6-foot hose that together provide a 7-foot extended reach. However, the 6-foot hose length restricts how far you can reach into high spots or long staircases without moving the main unit. Additionally, the provided details do not specify power cord length or specific floor-type adjustments.

Verdict: This lightweight upright is a solid choice for shoppers who want a maneuverable bagless vacuum with self-cleaning brushroll technology and extra dust capacity. It works best for everyday floor cleaning and routine above-floor dusting across moderate-sized spaces.
