Detailed Review
The Lefant M3 Max is a high-power robotic vacuum and mop designed to simplify floor maintenance across mixed surfaces, including carpets, rugs, and hard floors. Built for busy households and pet owners, it combines intensive debris removal with an automated docking station that handles both dust collection and mop upkeep.
Cleaning power relies on a 20,000Pa suction system that pulls embedded dirt, pet hair, and stubborn debris from floor surfaces. The included base station houses a 3.2L dust bag, providing up to 90 days of hands-free dirt collection before requiring a bag swap. For hard floor care, the dock cleans the mop pads using 45 degree hot water to dissolve grease, followed by gentle cool air drying to keep the mop pads intact without heat distortion. The internal water tank supports mopping coverage across areas up to 2,366 square feet.
Navigation and controls are designed for precision and flexibility. A 360 degree LiDAR scanner builds multi-floor maps and plans efficient routes to avoid repeated passes or skipped areas. At 11 inches wide, the compact robot glides under low cabinets and furniture. Built-in Freemove Tech 3.0 obstacle avoidance helps it steer clear of cords, toys, furniture legs, and drop-offs such as stairs. Dual-band Wi-Fi support for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks maintains continuous app connectivity, while voice commands through Google Assistant and watch control via iWatch offer added operating convenience. Power is supplied by a 5,200mAh battery running up to 210 minutes with 30 percent faster recharging.
A few practical details are worth keeping in mind. The mop drying feature uses cool air instead of heated air, which preserves mop shape but may require passive drying time. Voice integration works with Google Assistant and iWatch, though an Apple Watch is not supplied in the box. Additionally, customer support availability is structured for Monday through Friday, backed by a one-year manufacturer warranty.
Verdict: The Lefant M3 Max is a comprehensive option for large homes needing strong pet hair extraction and automated mop washing. It is especially recommended for multi-story layouts where precise LiDAR mapping and low-profile clearance make a noticeable difference in daily floor care.
