Makita XBU02PT 36V (18V X2) LXT® Brushless Blower Kit, Teal, (5.0Ah)

The Makita XBU02PT 36V Brushless Blower Kit provides powerful yard clearing without the hassle of gas engines. Powered by two 18V LXT 5.0Ah batteries, this cordless blower suits homeowners who need strong airflow for clearing leaves and driveway debris without mixing fuel or pulling starter cords.

Equipped with a brushless motor, it pushes up to 473 CFM of air volume at speeds up to 120 MPH. A 6-stage speed dial paired with a variable speed trigger lets you match blowing force to delicate garden beds or heavy piles. At mid-speed (15,800 RPM), the included batteries provide up to 28 minutes of continuous run time.

Operating on a dual-battery platform means keeping two batteries charged for every session. Additionally, while the blower runs at a quiet 61 dB(A) rating per ANSI standards, maximum run time depends on speed settings, and the listing does not state battery recharge times.

Verdict: This blower kit is a practical choice for property owners seeking powerful outdoor clearing with zero gas emissions and minimal upkeep. Its low noise output and adjustable speed controls make it well suited for residential lawn care.
