Orbit B-hyve Smart Indoor/Outdoor Sprinkler Controller - 12-Zone - App Controlled Smart Controller with Custom Irrigation Schedules - Weatherproof Multi-Zone Sprinkler System - 57950

The Orbit B-hyve Smart Sprinkler Controller (model 57950) updates property irrigation by managing up to 12 distinct watering zones from a single intelligent control hub. Designed for homeowners who want to simplify lawn care and reduce manual yard work, this smart controller supports a fully automatic watering system that keeps outdoor spaces consistently hydrated.

Daily operation relies on an app-controlled interface that brings full remote management to your smartphone or mobile device. Through the application, users can create custom irrigation schedules, monitor active watering zones in real time, and alter watering programs whenever routine landscape maintenance requires it. The system handles advanced multi-zone irrigation, allowing you to coordinate traditional lawn sprinklers alongside precise drip systems across different sections of your yard while saving both time and water.

Placement options are versatile thanks to built-in weather resistance. The controller comes built inside a protective weatherproof case, allowing it to be safely mounted outdoors directly on exterior walls, or indoors inside garages and storage sheds. This protective casing defends the hardware from environmental elements, giving homeowners total freedom to select the best installation location for their property setup.

As a trade-off, full functionality and schedule adjustments require using the digital app interface, which may involve a brief learning curve for users less accustomed to app-controlled home devices. Additionally, while the listing details 12-zone support and weatherproof construction, it does not state specific physical unit dimensions, power cable length, or exact electrical voltage requirements, so buyers should review their current controller wiring prior to mounting.

Verdict: The Orbit B-hyve Smart Sprinkler Controller is an excellent fit for property owners looking to automate up to 12 irrigation zones across lawns and drip lines. With convenient app management, flexible indoor or outdoor mounting, and a two-year limited warranty, it provides dependable automated landscape watering.
