PRORUN 60V Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower

The PRORUN PZT60V42 is a fully electric zero turn riding mower built for property owners wanting gas free lawn maintenance without exhaust emissions. Powered by four direct drive brushless motors, it delivers cutting performance equal to a 20 HP gas engine while turning sharply around trees and landscaping obstacles.

The mower features a 42-inch 14-gauge stamped steel twin blade deck equipped with a built in washout port for convenient post-mowing cleanups. Its power bay holds six battery ports with an automatic switchover system. Included with the mower are three 60V 10.0 Ah batteries, a charger, a mulch kit, and a towing kit. On a full charge, the included setup provides up to 70 minutes of runtime or coverage for up to 2.0 acres.

There are some limits to keep in mind. While the deck features six battery slots, only three 10.0 Ah batteries are included out of the box, so reaching full potential capacity across all six ports requires purchasing extra batteries. Lawns larger than two acres will require pause for recharging or extra PRORUN 60V batteries. Additionally, the manufacturer warranty differs depending on use, offering three years for residential owners but dropping to two years for commercial applications.

Verdict: This battery powered zero turn mower is a solid fit for homeowners managing medium sized lawns up to two acres who want to eliminate gas and oil maintenance. It offers practical features like automatic battery switching and direct drive deck motors, though larger properties will need additional battery investments.
