EGO POWER+ 21" Cordless Electric Lawn Mower Kit, Self-Propelled - LM2135SP

The EGO POWER+ LM2135SP 21-Inch Cordless Lawn Mower Kit replaces noisy gas mowers with a battery-driven setup built for residential yard care. Delivering up to 7.0 ft-lbs of cutting torque, this unit matches or exceeds gas powered cutting strength while eliminating fuel mixing and engine pull cords. It is designed for homeowners wanting a clean cut without gasoline fumes or engine maintenance hassle.

Central to its operation is the 56V 7.5Ah ARC Lithium battery, which supplies up to 60 minutes of continuous runtime on a single charge. When the battery runs low, the included CH5500 Rapid Charger restores full power in 60 minutes. Moving around your yard requires minimal pushing thanks to the Touch Drive self-propelled technology. You simply apply pressure with your palm to engage forward motion, while a fingertip dial adjusts pace smoothly between 0.9 and 3.1 miles per hour.

Cutting flexibility is another strong point of this mower. The Select Cut multi-blade system uses interchangeable lower blades paired with an upper blade, letting you select dedicated blades for mulching, high-lift bagging, or extended battery runtime. You can also adjust grass height across eight distinct positions ranging from 1 to 4 inches. Built-in LED headlights enable early morning or dusk mowing, and the high-efficiency brushless motor keeps operation smooth with reduced vibration.

There are a few clear trade-offs to keep in mind. While the 60-minute runtime handles average lawns, larger properties may require pausing your work for a 60-minute recharge session unless you own extra EGO 56V batteries. The unit also represents a larger upfront investment than standard corded or basic push mowers. Furthermore, swapping between the included lower blades requires manual changes depending on your desired cutting function.

Verdict: This self-propelled mower kit is an outstanding pick for homeowners who want gas-matching power paired with quiet electric convenience. Its quick charging, intuitive drive controls, and customizable blade options make lawn upkeep straightforward and efficient.
