EGO POWER+ Electric Lawn Mower, Self-Propelled Cordless with 22" Super Composite Deck, Includes (2) 56V 6.0Ah Batteries and 560W Charger - LM2244SP-2

The EGO Power+ LM2244SP-2 is a self-propelled cordless electric lawn mower designed for homeowners who want strong cutting performance without dealing with gas, oil, or engine upkeep. Built around a wide 22-inch Super Composite deck, this model helps clear medium to large residential lawns quickly and efficiently. It comes complete with two 56V 6.0Ah ARC Lithium batteries and a 560W charger, providing a complete cordless setup right out of the box.

Cutting performance is driven by a power system that delivers up to 10.6 ft-lbs of cutting torque and blade speeds reaching 3,200 RPM. This gives the mower enough power to handle thick lawn growth cleanly without stalling. The 22-inch Super Composite deck is lightweight while resisting rust, corrosion, and dents over long periods of regular yard work, and it is backed by a 10-year limited warranty.

Daily operation is designed around comfortable control and cut customization. The Touch Drive self-propelled system lets you engage forward movement simply by resting your palm on the handle, while a thumb-operated scroll dial adjusts ground speed as you walk. For cutting performance, the Select Cut multi-blade system features interchangeable lower blades, including high-performance and high-lift bagging options. The two 56V 6.0Ah batteries provide up to 90 minutes of runtime and work across all EGO 56V tools.

While this mower offers long battery life and durable deck construction, there are a few practical trade-offs. As a dual-battery cordless system with specialized deck materials, it represents a larger upfront investment than standard electric or push mowers. In addition, the listing details do not specify grass collection bag capacity or overall mower weight, which may matter to users with strict storage limits.

Verdict: The EGO Power+ LM2244SP-2 is a solid choice for homeowners looking for gas-exceeding power and long runtime without gas mower maintenance. With its 90-minute runtime, adjustable self-propelled drive, dual lower blades, and 10-year deck warranty, it delivers a clean, controllable cut for medium to large lawns.
