Eureka Vacuum Cleaners for Home,Airspeed Ultra-Lightweight, NEU10AE5

The Eureka Airspeed NEU10AE5 is an ultra-lightweight upright vacuum cleaner designed for regular household floor care. Built to extract dirt and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets, this bagless model targets homeowners and apartment dwellers who need an easy-to-maneuver cleaning tool for routine maintenance without dealing with heavy, bulky equipment.

A primary feature of this vacuum is its 10.5-inch wide cleaning path, which helps you cover larger floor areas in fewer passes. Despite offering a wide cleaning head, the entire machine weighs just 7.7 pounds. This lightweight construction allows you to carry the vacuum anywhere in your home with ease, including between different levels of a house. Its compact frame also ensures that storing the vacuum in small closets or cramped spaces requires minimal floor space.

For above-floor cleaning tasks, the machine includes a quick-release handle that transforms into an extended cleaning tool. You can attach either the crevice tool or the dusting brush to the end of the handle to clean upholstery, windows, and other hard-to-reach areas around your home. Both accessories snap securely onto the vacuum body for convenient on-board storage, keeping them right at hand whenever you switch from floors to furniture.

Upkeep for the unit is simple and environmentally friendly due to its bagless design and washable filter. Instead of paying for replacement filters, you can simply rinse the filter with water and let it air dry before reinstalling it. Practical limitations follow the listed details: the seller copy does not specify the exact capacity of the dust cup or the length of the power cord, and you must wait for the washed filter to dry completely before vacuuming again.

Verdict: The Eureka Airspeed NEU10AE5 is a practical, user-friendly choice for buyers who want a lightweight upright vacuum for everyday floor and above-floor cleaning.
