Greenworks 60V 54" MaximusZ Zero Turn Mower, (2)20Ah+(4)8Ah Batts + Fast Chgr

The Greenworks 60V 54-inch MaximusZ Zero Turn Mower offers property owners a battery-powered alternative to traditional heavy-duty gas riding mowers. Built around an intelligent brushless motor system that produces power equivalent to a 31HP gas engine, this riding mower handles large lawns up to 3.5 acres while eliminating exhaust fumes, engine tune-ups, and messy fluid changes. It suits homeowners managing substantial acreage who want quiet operation and instant motor torque without gas hassle.

Cutting performance centers on three high-torque brushless hub motors that maintain a constant blade tip speed of 17,900 feet per minute. Built-in SmartCut Technology automatically senses grass density and adjusts power output to prevent bogging down when driving through thick or wet turf. The 54-inch cutting deck is constructed from 10-gauge fabricated steel for durability and optimal airflow, offering a 4-in-1 design that supports mulching, bagging, rear discharge, and side discharge configurations depending on lawn requirements.

The mower comes as a complete kit supplied with two high-capacity 20.0Ah suitcase batteries and four 8.0Ah batteries, charging via an included 1500W wall charger. Beyond mowing, the vehicle functions as a utility tractor with front and rear hitch capabilities that support a 300-pound towing capacity. Comfort and control features include an adjustable suspension seat with built-in lumbar support, foldable armrests, dual LED headlights for morning or evening work, and an LCD readout for monitoring equipment status.

As a trade-off, storing a zero-turn mower with a 54-inch fabricated steel deck and charging six batteries requires a good deal of space in a garage or shed, along with a dedicated wall space for the 1500W fast charger. Additionally, while the listing notes 4-in-1 cutting capabilities and towing capability, optional towing implements or bagging attachments are not detailed as included accessories in the box.

Verdict: The Greenworks 60V MaximusZ is a great match for property owners managing up to 3.5 acres who want commercial-grade cutting power without gas engine maintenance. Backed by a 4-year warranty, it delivers clean, quiet, and comfortable mowing across large lawns.
