Kenmore Intuition Bagged Upright Vacuum Cleaner Lightweight

The Kenmore Intuition is a lightweight bagged upright vacuum cleaner designed for straightforward home cleaning. At just 12 pounds, it offers a manageable option for anyone who wants the coverage of a full-sized upright without lugging around a heavy appliance. Powered via a standard 120-volt connection, it provides a simple solution for maintaining floors while keeping mess to a minimum during bag disposal.

Cleanliness extends to the maintenance process with its push-button bag removal technology. Pressing a single button releases the self-sealing bag, keeping dirt contained so you never have to manually empty a dirty dust cup or touch accumulated debris. Air quality is guarded by a completely sealed air path equipped with a HEPA filtration system, which traps 99.97% of dust inside the unit. Meanwhile, the internal PowerFlow bag chamber is structured to maintain strong suction even as the dust bag fills toward capacity.

Reach and maneuverability are well-supported by the physical layout. An extra-long 30-foot power cord minimizes how often you need to stop and switch electrical outlets while cleaning larger rooms. For higher spots and above-floor cleaning, the integrated hose extends up to 6 feet to help reach trim, furniture, and ceilings.

While the bagged system prevents dust clouds during disposal, it does require keeping replacement bags on hand over time. The 6-foot hose provides overhead reach, though it may require keeping the 12-pound main unit close by during extended above-floor cleaning. Additionally, the vacuum relies entirely on a tethered 120V electrical cord for power.

Verdict: The Kenmore Intuition is a practical choice for homeowners who want a lightweight full-sized upright with clean, hands-free waste disposal. Its sealed HEPA filtration and steady suction make it especially suitable for households looking to keep captured dust locked away safely.
