Greenworks 80V 18 in Cordless Electric Chainsaw, 4.0 Ah Battery and Charger

The Greenworks 80V 18 Inch Cordless Chainsaw provides homeowners with high-power cutting capability for outdoor maintenance and post-storm cleanup. Powered by an 80V 4.0 Ah battery system, this electric saw eliminates the need to mix gas or manage pull cords during yard work.

At the core of the tool is a brushless motor that delivers twice the torque of standard motor designs, matching the power of a 50cc gas engine. The 18-inch bar handles larger branches and fallen trees, while an automatic oiler keeps the chain properly lubricated throughout operation.

For safety and convenience, Greenworks includes a mechanical chain brake to reduce injury risk and a side-access chain tensioner for quick bar adjustments. The package includes both the 4.0 Ah 80V battery and a matching charger so you can begin working immediately.

On the downside, the product details do not state expected battery runtime per charge or the overall tool weight. Verdict: This cordless chainsaw is a practical choice for homeowners needing reliable gas-equivalent cutting power for yard tasks and clearing fallen limbs. It offers strong torque and safety features without gas engine maintenance.
