Detailed Review
The NARWAL Flow 2 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo solves one of the biggest issues with automated floor cleaning: dirty mop pads dragging mess across hard floors. By continuously washing its track mop with fresh water during operation, this robotic cleaner is designed for busy households, pet owners, and families wanting automated daily floor maintenance without constant hands-on intervention.
At the core of its cleaning performance is a heavy-duty 31,000Pa suction system paired with a dual tangle-free brush setup. The short rollers and long-bristle side brush deliver an SGS-certified 0% hair entanglement rate, making short work of pet hair, dust, and crumbs. When transitioning onto carpets, precision sensors trigger CarpetFocus technology. The roller brush cover lowers for maximum suction, while the mop lifts 10mm into the air so your rugs stay completely dry. Mopping relies on 140°F hot water, 12N scrubbing pressure, and an internal scraper that pushes dirty water into a sealed recovery tank.
Navigation is handled by dual cameras and a VLM AI system capable of recognizing daily obstacles like shoes, charging cables, and pet food bowls in real time. Rather than bumping aimlessly, the robot reroutes itself smoothly. The system also adapts to household routines, allowing you to lower operating noise near a crib or activate interactive pet features like playful sounds and location tracking through the companion app. An integrated smart light bar on the unit gives instant color-coded visual cues for cleaning, charging, drying, or system alerts without needing to check your phone.
While the automated features save significant time, there are practical trade-offs to keep in mind. The all-in-one docking station handles hot water washing, warm air drying, and up to 120 days of dust storage, but its multi-function design takes up noticeable floor space compared to standalone charging bases. Additionally, while the listing highlights app-based pet locating and custom noise settings, it does not specify exact water tank capacities or overall decibel levels.
Verdict: The NARWAL Flow 2 is an outstanding option for pet owners and large households seeking high-powered suction alongside true fresh-water mopping. If you want a hands-off floor care system that keeps carpets dry and won't get tangled in hair, this feature-packed robot combo is well worth your consideration.
