VEVOR Broadcast Spreader 130 lbs Capacity Hopper Walk-Behind Push Spreader | for Lawn & Garden Care, 12 ft Spreading Width, 13" All-Terrain Tires, Adjustable Flow Control for Fertilizer Seed Ice Melt

The VEVOR 130 lb Broadcast Spreader is a walk-behind push spreader built to handle seed, fertilizer, weed control, and ice melt across yards and small farms. It solves the hassle of uneven manual spreading and constant refilling by combining a high-capacity hopper with a wide coverage pattern. This tool is designed for homeowners and property caretakers who need year-round lawn and ground maintenance.

At the heart of the design is a 130-pound capacity hopper made from UV-resistant, impact-tough material paired with a powder-coated steel frame. This combination resists rust and wear through varying weather conditions. Spreading efficiency is driven by a 12-foot broadcast width featuring 30 distinct adjustment settings and multi-direction flow control. These controls allow precise material distribution, which helps prevent missed patches whether spreading grass seed in spring or fertilizer during summer.

Mobility and assembly are simple and straightforward. The spreader rides on 13-inch pneumatic tires designed for all-terrain use, rolling cleanly over soft lawn turf, loose gravel, and winter snow. Key components arrive pre-assembled from the manufacturer, eliminating any need for custom drilling and making setup approachable for first-time owners and seniors. For off-season storage, both the handle and hopper detach to reduce the unit's footprint in a garage or shed.

While the unit covers large areas efficiently, it relies entirely on manual push power, so operating a fully loaded spreader requires physical stamina on slopes or uneven ground. Additionally, while the detachable components help save space, breaking down the hopper and handle requires manual step-by-step disassembly after use. The product details also do not specify whether a hopper cover or screen is included.

Verdict: The VEVOR 130 lb Broadcast Spreader offers a practical, versatile solution for property owners managing multi-season yard work. Its adjustable flow controls, large hopper capacity, and rugged tires make it a dependable pick for maintaining lawns, driveways, and small farm plots.
