Worx 20V 10" 2-in-1 Cordless String Trimmer & Lawn Edger for Yard, WG154

The WORX WG154 20V 10-inch cordless string trimmer and edger provides a two-in-one lawn maintenance tool for homeowners with small to medium yards. By combining grass trimming and border edging into a single lightweight unit, it eliminates the need for multiple tools, gas, or extension cords when working around fences, sidewalks, and garden beds.

At 4.2 pounds, the trimmer is built for easy control and comfortable reach. Rotating the head 180 degrees converts the tool from a standard string trimmer to an in-line lawn edger for clean cuts along driveways and walkways. The head design also lets you choose between a narrower cut for longer battery runtime or a wider cut for faster trimming. Meanwhile, an automatic feed line system advances fresh line without manual bumping, and an adjustable spacer guard protects flowers, landscaping features, and garden ornaments while working close to edges.

The included 20V 2.0 Ah battery powers the tool without gas fumes or tethered cords. As part of the WORX Power Share platform, the battery is interchangeable with other 20V WORX tools as well as select 40V and 80V products. For handling, an auxiliary handle works alongside the long shaft to support stability while reaching tight spaces around trees and garden borders.

While the tool offers lightweight convenience, it is specifically designed for routine trimming around small to medium yards rather than heavy clearing tasks. Additionally, the listing does not state how long the included 2.0 Ah battery takes to charge fully or how long a single charge lasts under continuous operation.

Verdict: The WORX WG154 is an accessible, practical choice for homeowners needing a lightweight, cord-free tool to handle routine trimming and edging. Its dual functionality, automatic line feed, and battery compatibility make it ideal for maintaining neat lawn borders and garden edges with minimal hassle.
